Greetings! First off, thank you very much for being here! Prior to becoming a notary public, I worked in the banking industry as a bank teller for 5 years and a loan processor for 1 year. Customers at the institution really loved my bubbly personality, listening skills and patience. I love to help and give joy to people everywhere! I give my all no matter what I do whether it’s at my job or being a mommy to my little boy. Mobile notary service brings the convenience of a notary public right to your doorstep. Our licensed and experienced notary public will come to you to notarize your important documents. Whether you're at home, work, or on the go, our mobile notary service makes it easy to get your documents notarized quickly and efficiently. We understand that time is of the essence, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options.
Notarization will be $5.00 per notarization plus a traveling fee. Traveling fee starts at $20 and will change depending on the distance of the notarization.

What We Offer
Remote Online Notarization
Remote online notarization service is compliant with state laws and regulations, making it a reliable and legally binding alternative to traditional in-person notarizations. With the latest technology and advanced security protocols, you can be confident that your notarial needs are being handled with the utmost care.
Online Notarizations are $25 for the first notarization and $5 for any additional notarizations, any witnesses needed for documentation will be an additional $10 per witness.

Loan Signing Agent Services
In need of a licensed and experienced Notary Signing Agent? We are trained to handle all types of loan and real estate documents with precision and accuracy, remotely online or in-person. We understand the importance of timely and error-free signings, which is why we offer flexible scheduling and prompt service to ensure that our clients documents are signed and returned in a timely manner.

What is an Acknowledgement?
An acknowledgement is an act in which a Notary Public certifies having positively identified a document signer who personally appeared before the Notary and admitted having signed the document.
A Jurat also Known as a Verification Upon Oath or Affirmation is an act in which a Notary Public requires the signer to swear or affirm that the contents of a document are true.

What is a Remote Online Notarization?
Tips for a Successful Remote Online Notary Appointment
- Make sure that you have a proper electronic device that is equipped with a camera and microphone, such as a laptop, desktop computer, cell phone or tablet. This will ensure that you can effectively communicate with the notary during the appointment.
- Reliable internet connection is essential for a proper remote online notary appointment. Make sure to have a strong and stable connection before your appointment to avoid any technical issues.
- Prior to your appointment, make sure that the document you need to have notarized is properly formatted and ready to be signed. (Notary will not be able to make any changes to the document during the appointment).
- Please arrive on time to your appointment (Make sure to log in to the appointment at least 10 minutes prior to ensure that all information is correct). Being late may result in rescheduling, which can cause delays and inconvenience.
- You will be required to provide valid identification during the appointment. Please make sure to have a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport, ready to show to the notary. (The system will not accept a copy of your State ID such as a picture on your phone or a paper copy of your ID).
Remote Online Notarization (RON) is a process that enables individuals to complete a notarization remotely through an electronic device and secure internet connection, offering a convenient and efficient alternative to in-person notarization.
